Monday, June 12, was an Australian National Holiday - the Queen's Birthday. We celebrated by baking a cake using an Australian recipe - which we shared with other cruisers (Canadians John and Ariana from By Chance) The Rhubarb Daisy Cake used caster sugar and golden syrup, ingredients that we were not familiar with from US stores...and tasted great.
